Computers not scanning in 3.2

I have several computers showing up as Never Scanned. When I run the connection tester on them, everything returns OK. No errors reported when I view the details on the site.

Any ideas?

Could you post your complete errorlog, screenshots of the computers not being scanned and an extract of your tblcomputers please.

Well here's 2 instances of it, meaning it isn't isolated.

Any updates on why some computers are not being scanned in LS3.2 where there were scanned in LS3.1? I have 156 scanned, 60 not scanned and 159 with computer description empty.

I am also having the same issue after upgrading to Lansweeper 3.2. My upragde ended up being a complete fresh reinstall after cleaning out Lansweeper 3.1 (database included).

I have about 40 computer Not Scanned when in version 3.1 they scanned fine.

Yes, quite a few scanned fine. I'd say about 1/5 of the computers that reported back had problems. Of those, I have no idea yet how many have no errors reported.

There is no common denominator between these computers. Some belong to different domains, some have Windows 2000, some XP, etc.

Correct. There are some errors in errorlog.txt, but they are unrelated to the computers I am referring to.

In reference to the errors that do appear in errorlog.txt, the only ones I don't understand look something like this :

So your computers are not scanned and you don't see anything in the web interface under errors or in the errorlog.txt?
