Configuration Tab missing after upgrading to 5109

Appears I lost the ability to go into the Configuration settings. The tab was there before the upgrade but now is not there. I an using IIS Server and had the web roles defined and working perfectly.

I emailed support as well but wanted to post here to see if anyone else is having the problem.

This topic can be moved, it has been resolved via email. Support was able to give me a report to run to see the groups in each role. I then discovered that the Security Group used to admin the page was deleted from AD. Recreating the group corrected the issue.
