I have had this happen before but wrote it off as my mind playing tricks on me; however now I'm certian that it's not all in my head.
I changed "custom1" "custom2" etc to different names (such as employee number, assignment date, etc) and set the data type on those for entry. I also created a couple reports recently. Today, it's back to "custom1, custom2..." and my new reports are gone. Other settings, such as scan credentials, schedules, users, etc is all there. The data that the "customX" fields contained is still there as well.
I did have the server service shut down on me the other day (it does that from time to time, seems to be related to report updates) so I killed all the web/lansweeper services, then started them back up. I'm not sure if that was the exact moment this problem happened or not.
Any idea what could cause this?
Any way to recover my report (and other changes)?
Is there any way to identify the cause of this?
