Custom user image

We have user's images in a database. It's posible replace user image link by own URL?

I just do it. Like i don't know ASP.NET, simply redirect smallthumb.aspx page to my own ASP page that retrieves image user from our database.

You would need to change page smallthumb.aspx which generates the image.
