domain credentials greyed out

Hello,

I have the free version of lansweeper installed.

I get an error when scanning computers (access denied). I think it's the wrong password in the administrator credentials.

When I go in the configuration to change the password, the domain credentials tab is greyed out... how do I change it?

The account running the lansweeper service.
You can change it with "services.msc"

I do not really need alternat credentials?

what is the primary credentials based on?... the user logged on the scanning server?

Alternate credentials are not supported in the freeware version.
