I know other people have had this error due to computers not connecting, but I was wondering if anyone has found a resolution to getting rid of it in Event Viewer.
Everything with Lansweeper is working great, all of my computers 400+ have inventoried with no problems now and the only errors I get, which I believe are related to the DCOM error in Event Viewer are RPC Server Unavailable in the console.
This RPC Server Unavailable count goes up and down from day to day, and for the majority of those systems, I can trigger the scan manually and that instance of RPC error usually goes away.
I've read that this can be due to DNS resolution issues, but was wondering how to fix a DNS issue that typically fixes itself. We are tired of getting 4 pages of DCOM errors in the logs. Has there been any resolution to the Event log problems when everything else is working?
