I'am having some problems with AD and E-mails.
In AD all my users are configured with an e-mail adres that matches their user id,
for example id200@thisorthat.com.
The mail server has aliases for all these adresses and matches them with their real names.
The problem is that whenever an e-mail is sent to the helpdesk it is recognized ONLY as the real name address and no AD account is directly linked to that, so i get an almost blank account.
Is there a way to let lansweeper know the account has an alias, or should i configure this somewhere in AD?
We use zimbra as mail server.
Any advice would be appreciated!
