Error validating users??

Continuously in errorlog.txt show up error message validating users. Like this:

Is RAI the only domain with this problem?
Do you have it for all the users in this domain?

I have three domains. Each domain use its own credentials. Will update proccess damage the passwords?

I suggest to re-enter the credentials for the RAI domain and restart the service.

The service is running under a domain administrator account.

Can the domain administrator lookup RAI domain?
Do you use alternate credentials for scanning?

Version 3.51 did not scan AD users. Simply, I update lansweeper version. I don´t know why users need to logon on lansweeper server.

yes it did.

User's don't need to logon to lansweeper server.
The user that's running the scan (service user or alternate credential) needs rights to look up user information in active directory.
