Error validating users??

Continuously in errorlog.txt show up error message validating users. Like this:

OK, I know where to look now.

I disabled certain options and the service continued raising that errors.
I disabled all option and there are no more errors.

I attach the first, the seconds and the final options.

I think the problem is caused by the "automatically refresh" active directory options.
Can you verify by disabling this?

I have the problem with all the users in all domains. The erros are in alfabetical order by samaccountname, whatever the domaing which the user belows.

It seems that errors happen in alphabetical order.
I have more than 30000 users. I don't known if all users are in error.
