Event ID 26

I'm trying to set a scan up on the servers that will notify of event ID 26: We have seen it on computers that don't start properly, but the event log scan does not indicate that it has happened. I've got the DC's canning every 60 minutes and would like an email to trigger on this message.

Is the eventID an "information" event? this will be scanned in 4.1
