We are testing Lansweeper and so far it is really great.
Especially all the custom actions that you can implement.
I just have one question, is it possible to exclude items from scanning?
For example, we are not interested in what keyboard or infrared device is connected and want to get that out of the scan list.
The idea behind that is that we only get the information that we think is valuable and the process is also speed up a little.
Or is all that information needed to fill up all the reports?

I was already afraid of that so I indeed went to the option to put the scan time to one time a year.
Thank you for the quick responce.

This is not possible, but you can set the scan time very long (for example 360); These items will only be scanned every 360 days
