I found it:

Run this sql:

INSERT INTO [TsysMemorytypes] ([Memorytype],[MemoryName])VALUES(22,'DDR-3')

Tried the scan using lstrigger and no change

Could you try lstrigger on the windows 2008 server to see if it makes any difference?

One thing that I have noticed is that ont the configuration/windows page it does give the memory details there.

For the windows 2000 problem: do you have this on all windows 2000 machines?
We only have one Windows 2000 Professional machine. The 2000 Servers are fine.

For the windows 2008 problem: could you post a screenshot of configuration/memory & configuration/memory array.
Screenshots attached.

In the last scanned times: do you see the memory scanned for the 2008 server?
It was the 16th but I forced another scan using lstrigger just to be sure. Screenshot attached,
