I disabled IP Scanning at initial setup. Now I have to scan additional PC that are only in Workgroups. Because these PC are not visible in the Network Neighborhood I want to use IP Scanning, but can't find how to enable it afterwards.

You can configure all scanning methods through the Lansweeper configuration console, under Scanning Servers/Your Server. Since you want to scan computers, uncheck "No Windows" for your IP range.
Make sure you add the credentials for the workgroup you are attempting to scan under Scanning Options/Scanning Credentials. You need a common username/password combination that has administrative privileges on all workgroup computers and you must specify the user as ".\username".
