Information not updating

For the last week or so it doesn't look like Lansweeper is updating.

The total number of machines isn't increasing (and I know there are new machines being installed)

And all the scans for hardware / software / users etc are not updating.

It shows the last seen time correctly - but software scans, for example are set to "0" to update each time the user logs on - but this date is not updating.

Also - using the Premium tools I do a trigger scan and then all the dates against the scan items disappear and go red!

Nothing obvious in the log file either.

Any ideas...?

...and still not working. The new version has been running for about two hours this morning with no updated information.

Does lstrigger not work with the last beta?

we used to update home users by calling them with lstrigger... but now seems not to work ?

Yes, it's a different version, we are now doing our final quality tests before release.

This unreleased version differs form the beta version I can download?

This was working perfectly untill we reached 650 pc..

anything i can try as a work around?
Restaring the server seems to do nothing...

So far the (unreleased) beta has solved the problem on all our test systems.
It will be ready for release in 2 days.

Database now has plenty of room...
Could really do with some support on this one... Out of things to try..

Server is showing 2 queued, 30 being prcesses and 17 therads.
LAst scanned is being updated, but they never appear in the DB.
