Lansweeper and Help Desk System

Hi all,

we are wanting to link Our help desk system to lansweeper..

The Helpdesk system is an online system where users report problems. As part of the reporting it captures the users ServiceTag of the PC..

We want to put a link on the page, that will open lansweeper on the correct page, showing the pc details..

EG:

http://web1/lansweeper32/default.aspx?comp=68562&item=compdetail

where 68562 is lansweepers internal name for the pc..

We need to pass the name ie System002

Before lansweeper used intergers for pc we were able to do this..

Any thoughts?
