I added a second domain to my scanning and most of the domain is OK, but some are not - I went looking in the errorlog.txt file and noticed these messages -
6/11/2010 5:21:56 AM: domain.com ASPBDC-VM02 The LDAP server is unavailable.
at System.DirectoryServices.Protocols.LdapConnection.Connect()
at System.DirectoryServices.Protocols.LdapConnection.BindHelper(NetworkCredential newCredential, Boolean needSetCredential)
at System.DirectoryServices.Protocols.LdapConnection.Bind()
at LansweeperService.mdlActivescanning.ActiveScan()
6/11/2010 5:37:18 AM: domain.com ASPBDC-VM04 The LDAP server is unavailable.
at System.DirectoryServices.Protocols.LdapConnection.Connect()
at System.DirectoryServices.Protocols.LdapConnection.BindHelper(NetworkCredential newCredential, Boolean needSetCredential)
at System.DirectoryServices.Protocols.LdapConnection.Bind()
These particular DCs are not being used at the moment and are off - they are not role holders for this domain (changed the name). There is nothing yet for the machines with the problems, but how can I resolve these errors? Why is it trying to do LDAP lookups on them?

"domain.com ASPBDC-VM04 The LDAP server is unavailable."
I suggest to remove this server from active directory sites & services.
Which computer errors do you have in the remote domain?
