Our Premium license expired, but we have since purchased and validated a new one. However, lsremote now shows key expired, despite validating new key in Lansweeper Configuration and waiting 15 mins.
I have restarted the Lansweeper service, downloaded the latest premium tools and copied them and the license.txt to the Lansweeper share, is there anything else I can try please?
I've managed to get access to the "Register" menu by running lsremote.exe direct from the Lansweeper share without any parameters, instead of from the Action screen on the dashboard, with a specific PC targeted.
New license is now fully validated and lsremote is working properly.
