Is there a way to lock out a user you has Domain Admins rights to the Management Console with out locking them out of the hosting server.

If you have domain admin rights you will always be able to get access to anything.

As an alternative you could try to change the permission on the sql server only so only specific users can access it (make sure that the service is able to use it)
