After I upgraded LanSweeper to 4.0 there are no computers displayed. Also, on the home page I see "##tempserver##". Not sure what's going on, but all I have are user accounts, it seems that my computer info disappeared. Also, my active scans aren't running.

I just blew away the installation and installed new.

Could you post the errorlog.txt file please.

Did that - service restarted. No server or options listed in scanning page.

I added options but when I try to add domains for active scaning - I get this.

1) Stop the service
2) Delete the ##tempserver##
3) start the service

My service has started.

I ran the DB/Service upgrade from 3.xx then reran the web upgrade.

All appears to be working except I also have the ##tempserver## in my scan page and scan are not happening.
