Not Scanned

Does any one having not scanned problem?
I got many PC show:
Software: Never scanned software
OS: Never scanned OS

and the error log show many of this:
5/28/2010 10:10:11 AM: Domain\hostname\1 Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at LansweeperService.sweeperthread.OktoScan(String section, LSWComputer& mycomputer)

Most likely wmi is uninstalled on this computer.

How about:
Wmierror The specified service does not exist as an installed service. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070424) hostname (hostname.domain)

When you click on the computer on the webpage you should see an "error" tab with a detailed error why the machine cannot be scanned.
