Ping monitor?

Is there a way to configure Lansweeper to monitor a group of IP's ping repsonses then email if the do not reply?

I'm basically wanting to monitor all servers on my subnet. If anyone has used Lansweeper features (I have 4.0 premium) to accomplish this, or any other good tools (free and WIndows based) please let me know.

This is not possible with lansweeper.

Seems like most of the pieces required for Lansweeper to do this are already in place. I"ll add this to the wishlist forum.

Ok I added the feature request, but as I typed it I realized there would be no reason for a "heartbeat monitor" to be ping based at all given the lansweeper client.

Any way to accomplish something close to this now using custom reports etc? Lansweeper is already an fantastic prodcut. The free version is awesome, and the premium version is unbeatbale for the price. I think a heartbeat monitor process would make it...more unbeatable
