We are in the process of upgrading from our version of Lansweeper to 4.2. We were able to successfully upgrade it; however, now, we are unable to access the web console. We have tried making sure that the password is correct and that it is pointing to the correct SQL database, we have restarted IIS, we have restarted the server. We are at a loss as to what to do. Please help.

We ended up having to assign it a brand new website with a different IP address than our default Website. We managed to get it working though. Thank you.

1) Run the installer
2) Select new installation/advanced
3) Select Only the website to install.
