Our license expired in Oct 2010, we renewed our license in early Dec 2010. We receive a validated license green check mark when we validate our license.
But we are having a problem when we run the Basic Action Tools. For example, when using the Remote Control software, it says that the license expire in Oct and kicks us out after 60 seconds.
We installed the license about week ago, we have stopped and started the LanSweeper service, we have rebooted. What are we missing or what do we need to do to update the license for all of the basic action tools?
