none, it said i had already upgraded.

But it's backup and running now. The problem was the site was gone from the ultidev web app.

Reinstalled without reinstalling the database server and it's all ok 🙂

I could not run a new install. It would only let me uninstall.

I uninstalled it, and reinstalling now. Took a backup of the database.

What error message did you get?

Re-installing everything should be a last resort. This is very rarely required.

Please try the following:
- Run the Lansweeper installer again.
- Choose New Installation/Advanced Install.
- Select only the website for reinstallation.

No changes will be made to your database.

The error msg i recived is from when trying to upgrade an existing version.

Before this the web page stopped responding. So we thought an upgrade might help.

Now im looking at taking a backup of the database and removing all and reinstalling and restoring the database with the config.

Do you mean that you had previously installed Lansweeper? Or is the issue you are experiencing now with a first time installation?
