Please contact us at support@lansweeper.com and provide us with the following files:
- Program Files\Lansweeper\Install.log
- Program Files\UltiDev\Web Server\AppRegTrace.txt
- Program Files\UltiDev\Web Server\RegRepairTrace.txt
- Program Files\UltiDev\Web Server\UWS.Installer.log.txt
Also check if there are any errors in your event viewer related to UltiDev and include a link to this forum thread in your email.
