we are seeing an odd issue with the "all installed software" report (using web interface), possibly having to do with software titles containing the "&" character. Example:
select 'all installed software report'
when selecting 'Spybot - search & destroy 1.3' from the"all software" list (report indicates 7 computers have this installed), zero machines are found/listed on the resulting webpage.
under "software search" at top of Lansweeper page, begin typing "Spybot" and choose "spybot - search & destroy 1.3" from the drop-down list
search field changes to: "Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.3", again with no results
now do same search for "spybot" only, not selecting anything from drop-down list. from here, select "spybot - search & destroy 1.3" (again 7 machines listed)--when performing the search this way, the 7 pcs are actually found/listed.
