Hi, I added memory on one PC and I can see the upgrade on lansweeper console.
I ran manually TRiger scan" but nothing change. How can I force the refresh to see the new configuration?
I was looking on the lansweeper server configuration and see that under scan options, the schedule scanning field is empty. Is this item related to the problem I mentioned?

Each name should map to the corresponding table with the same name.
Do you have any specific items that are not clear?

Is there any manual where I can to see what each item of the configuration utility means?

In the configuration tool you need to check the "scan options", "item wait time"
This defines what is scanned every X days.
You don't need to configure scheduled scanning.

What is "waittime" for memory?
At the other hand, should I configure schedule scanning to reflect modifications on networks pcs or it´s unnecesary?

After a pair of minutes of running lstrigger from comand prompt, the configuration show the change in memory. I look at the custom actions, and see that the comand was write with myserver variable, I change it with the server netbios name, and now when I run trigger now from action screen it works well.
But, why the memory change that´s not reflect automatically?

You have to check the "waittime" for memory.

I run lstrigger from the option in the action screen.
There I see "last seen" field, and is 10/29/2009 07:32:11. Its old. But I lunch "trigger scan" and nothing change.
I run from comand promp of my server lstrigger myserver pc domain, and the field last seen change, but the amount of memory doesnt change

Are you sure that the lstrigger command is correct?
On the action screen page you can see at the bottom the "last scanned" dates.
