Hi,
Running lansweeper on client, remote desktop is working correctly however, Remote Control (P) gives error when trying to run,
First of all I get message "Do you want to run: 'lsremote (servername here)'
I click OK and then get the error below,
Error: File not found
Cheers
Stuart

I see you are using an old version, if possible please upgrade to version 4.1.

You can change it to
To which folder is your actionpath set?
{actionpath}\lsremote {computer}

Thanks for that.
I have just checked the configuration on the server and the Remote Control (P) is listed as this lsremote {computer}. There is no .exe after lsremote. is this correct? All other properties seem to point to an executable.
Many thanks
Stuart

Can you "hover" over the action.
This shows the path that is used to find the action.
You can configure this in the configuration tool together with the action path.
Most likely the d:\folder name\... is not shared or accessible on the client.

The full path on the server is D:\*Folder Name*\LansweeperPremium\lsremote.exe
the file is located in the above location.
I can run this .exe manually.
The function runs from the server itself, however, i get the error when trying to run from a client.
Thanks

What is the exact path to lsremote.exe?
Do you have the file in this location?
Can you run it manually?
