I´m running lansweeper premium. When I try the remote control utility I get the attached image
First time I get an access denied, but i´m running my browser with a domain admin account, in fact, the same account we use to scan computers and servers.
If I accept and retry remote control, sometimes I get the "unlicensed version limited to 60 secs"... Isnt remoteControl included on premium licenses?
How can this be happening? Do I have to perform a tweak on lansweeper scanning server in order to achieve my goal?
