Remote screen grab not working

Remote screen grab error: A device attached to the system is not functioning, check the file association of .jpg files.
Using Microsoft server 2008 64bit, October version of premium tools.
I have no problem viewing jpg files. Default is MS Paint.
Any ideas?

I am having the same problem, but it seems to work on certain client machines and not others. I have not done a comparison of each of the machines, but I can tell you that Machine A will bring up the screenshot just fine, while Machine B will not. Both are on and pinging.

This is a known problem in windows 2008, if you change the .jpg association to internet explorer it will work.
