Going to the web address for the LanSweeper site shows a Configuration Error web page.
I stopped the LS service when I replaced that executable.
I have also tried an iisreset.

To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

I figured out my mistake. I had deleted the original /website/bin folder and put in the contents from the upgrade. I should have just replace the one "Thumbimage.dll" file instead.
Once I restored the original files to /bin - all was well.

Consider this issue closed.

From which version did you do the upgrade?
Is the file : System.Web.Extensions.dll still in your /bin folder
