First of all thanks for the 3.5 upgrade! It's amazing and has improved the great value we were already getting from Lansweeper. Now to my issue. Certain machines in my network have VMWare workstation or server installed and for some reason some of these machines are incorrectly reporting the username as '__vmware_user__ ' instead of the rightful user. It's not a consistent issue however as my machine has VMWare workstation installed and yet my username is being reported correctly. Is there any way to tell Lansweeper to ignore that as a user? I assume it must be ignoring other builtin accounts somehow and I'm hoping there is a way to extend this functionality to this other 'builtin' user account.
