Hi,

We have installed Lansweeper 3.2 premium version installed in our office. We have around 1000 computers and 100 servers.
Currently we are facing problem with Software updates. After uninstalling software from couple of machines still we can view those machines in report. We have set Software SCAN to 1 Day. Can anyone let us know what else we have to do?

I checked today (after 24 hrs) still it shows same.
i even tried putting 0 but no changes.

1 day : 24 hours, so if the scan runs just before the 24 hours it will not be updated.
To make sure it always updates you can set it to 0
