Since installing Symantec Endpoint 12.1 the we immediately began seeing windows script host errors after login.
This issue does not occur on any pc which does not have Symantec 12.1 installed.

We created exceptions, but Symantec still generates alerts and script errors.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem with the interaction of Lansweeper and Symantec Endpoint Protection?

It's a windows Script Host error.

Line:3
Char:1
Error:Permission denied
Code:800A0046
Source: Microsoft VBScript runtime error

Symantec claims to ignore it, however when we take lsclient out of the VB Script and place other exe files in it's place the script runs without an issue. And again the issue did not occur until Symantec 12.1 installation.

We use a VB script to launch lansweeper. Symantec Endpoint 12.1 blocks lansweeper, even though we have configured Symantec to "ignore" lansweeper.

The executable for Lansweeper gets blocked and the script blows up. Just curious if anyone else has seen and resolved similar issues between lansweeper and Symantec Endpoint.

Could you post some screenshots of the errors you are seeing? (Check "Attach files to this post" and you will be prompted to upload your images.)
