Hi there.
We are trying to do some customizations to the configuration tool interface (custom field names, file scanning, etc...) but it seems the program don't keep the new values we put inside, even closing and re-opening the program.
This problem faced from today as we used this functions nicely until this morning.
Could it be there some probs with the SQL database ?
Best regards.

Could you ensure that:
- For file scanning, you hit the "+" button so your value is actually submitted.
- For custom field names, you briefly select another row after making changes to a particular row.
If this is what you are doing, please contact us at support@lansweeper.com and provide us with a screenshot of what you see when clicking the "Configuration tool" link in the top right corner of your web console landing page. You can access your landing page by clicking on the Lansweeper logo in the top left corner of the web console.

Thank for your fast reply.
We were using a remote connection and the "+" button was hidden: we apologize for the mistake. Now the file search values are kept in place as it have to be. Also, we changed column after the customization of the fields in the report and it worked. Thank you.
We have another problem, now.
We are doing report researches always from the console but we've got bad results:
- the file we are looking for is listed in different computers, meanwhile when we connect to check them, there's no trace of it. We are doing this search in the "report builder" section of the "tools".
Any idea ?

So you are performing a custom file scan, have made a report to return the scanned info and are seeing unexpected results?
Please contact us at support@lansweeper.com and provide us with the following:
- Screenshot of your Lansweeper configuration console under Scanning Options\File Scanning.
- Screenshot of the Lansweeper webpage for one computer you wish to retrieve file information for. Please show us the Config\Scanned Info\File Info section of the page.
- SQL code for the report you are trying to run.
