I would like to request that a feature is added so that we can force the user to pick a ticket type when they create a ticket. At the moment, Lansweeper insists that a type is set to default, but we find that a lot of the time users leave it on that and don't change it.

Can we have the option so that the ticket type field shows 'pick a ticket type' so that they cant progress until they have, that would save our team a lot of time in re-assigning ticket types.
