I use two time charts to evaluate my office
Tickets closed for team and Tickets incoming for team
that because what I'm interested to the difference between open and closed.
Unfortunately there is no time chart (for year, month) that gives me this information
Example
Month Open Close
Jan 34 51
Feb 22 21
Mar 2 12
I need a graph
Month Trend (closed - opened)
Jan +17
Feb -1
Mar +10
can someone help me?
