When I run the connection tester from the server to the work station everything seems to work fine, and after running lsclient on the workstation I managed to get information on the workstation in question to come into Lansweeper.
However, when I click the "Trigger Scan" in the Action screen, I get JavaScript error:
Line: 263
Char: 9
Error: The system cannot find the file specified.
Code: 0
URL: http://crm/lansweeper/default.aspx?item=compdetail&comp=LIDIA
I've spent over an hour going through similar posts here and checked the various settings to no avail.
I get the same error when I try the "Take screenshot", and "Remote Control".
Computer management, shares, event viewer, pings, shutdown/restart, etc work fine. I'm running Lansweeper as domain admin. I've enabled the execution of ActiveX and Scripts, added the server to the trusted sites list, checked the dcom settings.
Any help appreciated.
Cheers,
SMan.

The triggerscan, remote screenshot, remote control tools are premium tools.
If you have purchased the premium version you can place the executables somewhere and let the action screen link to it (you can edit all the actions with the management console)
