OK. Now it works... I think I find what I did wrong.
Instead of "Copy the new website and overwrite all old files" the first time, I renamed the old website folder and copy the new one on a new website folder created by me. That's the only difference...
This time I took back the old website folder (from a backup) and copy the new one over it.

Looks all ok.
Could you try overwriting the old website files again with the one's in the upgrade zip.
Another user made the error by choosing "no" to the overwrite prompt.
