Upgrade from 4.0.0.36 to 4.0.0.42

I am going to upgrade from 4.0.0.36 to 4.0.0.42 and would like to know what precautions I need to take to make sure the upgrade is successful. Is there anything I need to do other than run setup and reboot, any configurations lost, any gotcha's.

Can you give me the names of the DB's or directory

Make of backup of your database to be sure but there aren't any known issues.
