User's Internet Proxy Settings

How to query each logged in user's proxy server settings?
i tried scanning HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\Microsoft\Windows\Currentversion\InternetSettings\proxyserver
but report is coming blank.

There is no way to scan this at the moment because current_user can be multiple users starting from windows 2000.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER cannot be scanned.
You are scanning the registry of the scanning user.
