User Search not working

Hi we seem to be having a problem with the User Search on Lansweeper.
Computer Search and Software Search but User Search does not give any results.
Can anyone help?

Hi we have noticed that the problem is the dbo.tblADusers table is not populated.
Is there anyway to populate this automatically?

I am a new user of the Lansweeper toolset and am seeing the exact same behavior. Computer Search and Software Search work like a champ but User Search does not. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, we do use active directory
and yes the service is. (user ls scanner has full domain admin access)

3) Is your service running under a domain account that has permissions to read active directory users details?
