I upgraded from version 4 to version 5 and didnt see any errors but now the premium tools do not work. I have went through the documentation and made sure all the IE settings are correct. They worked until the upgrade.

Please contact support@lansweeper.com and provide us with screenshots of the steps you are taking to launch the action and information on whether or not Ping is affected as well.

the path to the actions folder where the premium tools are located on the server is:
d:\program files\lansweeper\Actions
In lansweeper the action path is:
\\aacsv23\Lansweeper$\

No error just prmopted with:

we click on OK but nothing happens.
