Is Lansweeper compatible with SQL server 2012? I'm looking to upgrade the SQL server running my lansweeperdb from SQL 2008 R2 to 2012 ASAP.

SQL Server is backward compatible, so moving a database from SQL 2008 R2 to 2012 is not a problem. (The reverse would most likely not work.) Lansweeper supports SQL Server 2000, SP3 and any more recent SQL Server version.
