The beta isn't being shared publicly yet, so we don't have videos on it yet. We're still adding features and making changes as well, so making videos at this point would not be a good idea, as we'd likely have to remake them down the road.
We do plan on holding web conferences for our beta testers, but we're not sure at this point when. We do have some knowledge base articles on the help desk already. I would recommend starting with this introduction article, which explains some basic help desk principles.
