Hi,
we are running LANSWEEPER Version 6.0.19 and we got several warranty Errors with new Computers (Dell). I have created the "Warranty Scan was unsuccesful" Report and got the Error Message:
Connection error (elapsed time: 00:01:40.0158417): The operation has timed out
The Computers with the error have alle the needed fields already filled with informations:
Manufacturer, Model, SKU, Serial Number and the Purchased / Warranty fileds aren't locked.
When I did the Warranty Check on the Dell Website, all is running fine. There are any known bugs? Could you guys help me with our Problem?
