Windows 7 ScreenGrab

I cannot get the screen capture program to work on systems with Windows 7. Is this a known issue? when the application runs, nothing ever comes up.

No, it should work or you should get an error message.
In the white bar below there are status texts, could you see the last one displayed?

Yes, 2.1.0.8 is the version we're using

Could you check if you have the latest version : 2.1.0.8

Nothing. The little "working" animation (rotating circle) fires off, then the screen grab dialog returns back to where it started.
