Upgraded to 4.0.0.40 and it won't scan new computers. I checked all of the settings shown in troubleshooting. I have run out of ideas. Please help.

I put in my credentials and it seems to be working now. Thank you. Now I have to figure out why the other credentials didn't work.

This seems to be the cause:

Yes the service is started. Any ideas on what to look at next.

Can you post the last lines of your errorlog.txt file please.

We have active scan checked and lsclient run thruough group policy.

Which kind of scanning method do you use?
