wrong result in reports

Hello ,

I've got two problems.

1. In unauthorize software report I see only part of the real result.
if I click on the software , I see that it installed on 6 computers,
but when I go and double click some other computers I see that they
also got this software. all together I've got 14 computers , but in the
report I see only 6.
please help.

2. all my computers get non-active status.
why?

Is it possible that the computer was set to non-active?
Then the details won't show in the standard reports.

Can you check if you have the latest Lansweeper version (check version of lansweeperservice.exe)

1.I attached 2 screenshots, one is the report and the second one is a report of a computer name Valeri who got also that software and is not on the organization software report.

Can you post screenshots for problem 1 please.
2) did you enable any of the auto-cleanup functions (set to non active if ...)
