Deploy microsoft office 2010 uninstall and install Microsoft 2019

Hi All 

I am looking to uninstall office 2016 from over 200 devices using deployment tool and installing office 2019 

this will need to be a silent install and help would be apreciated into if this can be done and if so what scripts should i use ( i am not very offai with sql )
